1. General Terms

3. Account Management

• Transferring or selling the account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If any information on the account changes, it must be updated immediately through support.

3.1 Closing an Account

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus only once.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and various other international cricket events. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded unless the market has already been settled.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bwinbd platform:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses ("multi-accounting").
• Running games through any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform and attempting to profit from it.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in collusion or fraudulent behaviour with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating an account using false or forged identity documents.

Violations of these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. The relevant authorities may be notified if required.
